RoleReady Resume Tailor privacy notice

RoleReady Resume Tailor is a set of instructions used inside ChatGPT. It does not have its own plugin server, account system, database, or connection to an external resume service. The plugin author does not receive the resume, job description, or chat content you provide through the plugin.

Information you provide to ChatGPT

To use RoleReady, you may enter or upload a resume, a job description, and clarifications in a ChatGPT conversation. OpenAI processes that content under its own policies and the account, workspace, and data-control settings that apply to you. OpenAI’s policies determine how ChatGPT content is used, retained, deleted, or made available to the account or workspace administrator. Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and ChatGPT data controls. Those policies and settings may change.

The plugin author does not control ChatGPT’s processing or retention. For ChatGPT content, use the controls and request channels provided by OpenAI. Share only the information needed for tailoring; consider removing unnecessary sensitive details before uploading.

Support messages and website visits

If you contact Eve using the support address, the information you choose to include is sent through your email provider and to the email service used by Eve. Do not include resume or job-description content in a support message. The static pages are hosted by GitHub Pages; GitHub may process technical data needed to deliver the site under its own policies. This site does not add a RoleReady account, resume upload, or support form backend.
