Application governance, systems thinking, and product delivery · Austin, TX

I lead global IT application governance at Las Vegas Sands. I also work with my partner on Stylus Nexus, the product studio we co-founded to build data and AI-enabled applications. Behind both is 19 years of business systems analysis and product delivery in regulated financial services and gaming.

Systems thinking is the through-line. I map how applications, data, processes, controls, and people affect one another, then turn ambiguity into requirements, decision models, operating workflows, and roadmaps.

Outside the day job I design and govern workflows for AI-assisted work, from agent control gates to human-in-the-loop decision points, and I build the workflow as well as specify it. Background in development, analysis, and art — most of why I think in systems. Current focus: formal architecture ownership.
